Miss California Carrie Prejean could be stripped of her title after organisers say she breached her contract by keeping topless photos secret.

In April Ms Prejean made headlines at the Miss USA beauty pageant with her outspoken opposition to gay marriage, which she says cost her that title.

Miss California USA Carrie Prejean has assured pageant officials that a lingerie modeling photo published online this week is the only one she posed for, the state pageant director said.

But the Web site that published the first picture said it has several more that it will “slowly roll out” starting Wednesday afternoon.

The possibility that racier images could emerge prompted “closed-door meetings” Tuesday to consider stripping Prejean of her beauty queen title, pageant spokesman Ron Neal said.

Apart from not being up front over the semi-nude pictures which appeared on an internet site, organisers of the Miss California USA pageant say Carrie Prejean also breached her contract by appearing unauthorised in commercials.

Although Neal said Prejean “breached her contract” by keeping the semi-nude photo or photos a secret, the only picture published so far appears about as revealing as the bikini Prejean wore in the pageant’s swimsuit competition.
She described the publication of the pictures as an attempt to "openly mock me for my Christian faith".

"I am a Christian, and I am a model. Models pose for pictures, including lingerie and swimwear photos," she said.

Last week Ms Prejean announced that she would star in new $1.5m ad campaign funded by the National Organization for Marriage, a group that is opposed to same-sex marriage.

It's a bit boring at the start, like he's looking so earnest and almost little-boyish. Come on Danny, unleash the inner rock star! Launches into the chorus, it's still not dangerous and almost out-of-control like the best rock stars -- it all seems practiced and controlled. Vocally even, in addition to the usual robotic Danny performance.

Randy says it was all right, but an A+ for a valiant effort. Kara says a bit too far with the swagger and edge, but likes to see risk and growth. Paula just says she's a big fan of his, not my favorite choice of song, gives him an A++ for going with it.

Simon says the last note was like "watching a horror movie," over-the-top. But Simon still thinks he's going to be safe.

Playboy Playmate of the Year 2009 Celebration

Las Vegas has always been known for its lavish celebrations, and over the weekend the Playboy Playmate of the Year 2009 party hit town.

Hugh Hefner and a bevy of beautiful Playboy Playmates invaded the Palms Hotel and Casino for the annual gala, and there was no shortage of eye candy.

Of course, Hef’s current girlfriends Karissa and Kristina Shannon and Crystal Harris all turned out to ham it up for the camera, along with mainstays Brande Roderick, Holly Madison, and Jayde Nicole.

And at the end of the evening, Ida Ljungqvist was named the 2009 Playboy Playmate of the Year and was congratulated by everyone in the house.

More than five years after Janet Jackson’s infamous “wardrobe malfunction” shocked millions of Americans watching Super Bowl XXXVIII with a flash of nudity, Nipplegate continues to live on, in the courts. After an appeals court last year threw out the $550,000 fine CBS owed the FCC, the Supreme Court announced today that the case will be reviewed again to see if CBS is indeed responsible for the incident. The Supreme Court’s ruling comes just one week after they upheld FCC policy that levies fines for any and all curses on live television, even if it’s just a one-time outburst, the AP reports.

The lower court had ruled in CBS' favor, saying the Federal Communications Commission had strayed from its long-held approach of applying identical standards to words and images when reviewing complaints of indecency. The FCC had fined the network over Jacksons' breast-baring performance at the 2004 Super Bowl.

The order to revisit the case follows the Supreme Court's ruling last week that narrowly upheld FCC's policy of threatening fines against even one-time uses of curse words on live television, the AP writes.

Since 2004’s famous “wardrobe malfunction,” the Super Bowl has stuck to classic rockers unlikely to spontaneously disrobe for its half-time shows, inviting Paul McCartney, the Rolling Stones, Prince, Tom Petty & the Heartbreakers, and most recently Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band onto its stage.

American singer Rihanna has been spotted canoodling on the beach in Barbados with her former teenage sweetheart. Rihanna knows that the best way to get over a guy is to get under another one. It’s over for girl beater Chris Brown. Looks like recently healed Rihanna was spotted being very flirty with an ex boyfriend, Negus Sealy ,24 years old, on a steamy beach in Barbados. She dated this guy before she was famous.

The pair were spotted lapping up the sun on the island as Rihanna slipped into a sexy black bikini and hat.

“Negus was a shoulder to cry on. He’s a really smart guy-clever, good-looking, very cool,” News of the World quoted a friend as saying.

“All the girls adore him and call him the Love God! He and Rihanna were seeing each other before she hit the big time,” the friend added.

Sources further claimed that after getting back with Negus, Rihanna, had told family and pals that she was done with Brown and that he is surely “history”.

The source added: “Rihanna and Negus both realised there was still a strong sexual attraction between them and became inseparable. Whenever Rihanna went to the beach or out partying, Negus was always there.

“They were very careful not to be seen too closely together though as they’re trying to keep their relationship secret.”

Meanwhile, Brown, who allegedly punched, choked, and bit Rihanna before the Grammy’s, has pleaded not guilty to two felony counts in a Los Angeles court last month.

The 19 year old rapper appeared in a Los Angeles court last month and denied assault. If convicted her could face a jail term of up to five years.

Adam Cook, the brother of season 7 American Idol winner David Cook, has lost his lengthy battle with brain cancer. He was 36.

The American Idol winner made the difficult announced this morning, prior to the Race for Hope 5K in Washington, D.C.

"I actually lost my brother yesterday to a brain tumor and I couldn't imagine being anywhere else right now," Cook told the crowd at the brain cancer research benefit, at which Cook served as the grand marshal and competitor, as his team had raised more than $40,000.
Adam Cook had battled the disease throughout Cook's American Idol run last year.

David started his speech on a light-hearted note before announcing to the crowd that his brother had died. Fighting back tears, he continued: “I couldn’t imagine being anywhere else right now…I lost one today, but I’ve gained 9,000. I’ll be back every year that they will have me.”

Adam had fought the disease, which spread to his spine, for 11 years. Last April, he made the trip to Hollywood to see his younger brother perform on American Idol after his hometown raised money to fly him out with a medical team on board.

David dedicated a heart-wrenching performance of Mariah Carey’s “Always Be My Baby” to his older brother that night.

Adam is survived by his wife, Kendra, and their children.

Canseco has written two books, starred in a pair of reality shows, and had two celebrity boxing bouts since his 17-year baseball career ended. He boxed Bonaduce, a former “Partridge Family” child star, to a majority draw in a match in January. Canseco was listed at 6-4 and 260 pounds for that exhibition bout that featured only three, 1-minute rounds.

Canseco’s girlfriend, Heidi Northcott, said the MMA deal was presented to Canseco about two weeks ago. The 1988 AL MVP is part of a card that includes an eight-man open-weight tournament and is being called the Super Hulk Tournament.

Canseco will premiere as a MMA fighter May 26 in Japan against South Korean Hong Man Choi. The ticket is called DREAM 9 and is at the Yokohama Arena.
