Actress Lindsay Lohan has paid tribute to her favorite actress Marilyn Monroe a few times in the last couple of years.She recreated one of Marilyn’s last photo shoots and posed on the cover of the Spanish Vogue wearing a Dolce & Gabbana dress featuring Marilyn’s face. The cover blurb reads "The New Marilyn."

Now she showed off her new ink in El Lay this weekend, and from the looks of it,It quotes Marilyn Monroe saying ' I restore myself when I'm alone '.The quote from Marilyn Monroe appears on Lindsay’s inner right arm.

It mirrors her other arm in which she has another Marilyn Monroe quote, something about how everyone deserves the right to twinkle, with the same shitty multi-coloured dots.

Is Lohan trying to one up Megan Fox at the Monroe tattoo game??

Never too far from controversy even as an established pop institution at age 51, Madonna was hit with a wave of boos at her concert in Bucharest, Romania.

A crowd of 60,000 people in Bucharest, Romania, began to boo Madge last night when she spoke out against discrimination against Gypsies in eastern Europe.
Madonna told the crowd the discrimination made her "very sad, especially because we don't believe in discrimination against anyone."

"We believe in freedom and equal rights for everyone, right? Gypsies, homosexuals, people who are different; everyone is equal and should be treated with respect, OK? Let's not forget that."

More power to her. It's all about human rights and being able to live life in peace. If a woman wants to date man, woman or child, that's a right!

The star, who's traveling with daughters Mercy and Lourdes, will next stop in Sofia, Bulgaria, Saturday night. Earlier this week, officials from the Orthodox Church encouraged fans to boycott the show due to Madonna's "disrespect" for their religious rituals.

Dominick Dunne Dead At 83

Dominick Dunne, the author and journalist who covered the trials of celebrity defendants like Claus von Bülow, O. J. Simpson and William Kennedy Smith, and wrote frequently on the intersection of high crimes and high society, has died. He was 83.

Dunne's son, Griffin Dunne, said in a statement released by Vanity Fair magazine that his father had been battling bladder cancer. But the cancer had not prevented Dunne from working and socializing, his twin passions.

Dunne was part of a famous family that also included his brother, novelist and screenwriter John Gregory Dunne; his brother's wife, author Joan Didion; and his son Griffin.

Dunne was born in 1925 in Hartford, Conn., to a wealthy Roman Catholic family and grew up in some of the same social circles as the Kennedys. The memoir traced his fascination with Hollywood to a childhood trip he took "out West" with an aunt. They took one of those homes of the stars bus tours and he vowed to come back and be part of the glamorous world he had glimpsed.

Dunne and his wife, Ellen Griffin Dunne, known as Lenny, were married in 1954. They divorced in the 1960s but he wrote that afterward they remained close nonetheless. She died in 1997.

His books include the best-selling novels “The Two Mrs. Grenvilles,” “An Inconvenient Woman” and “A Season in Purgatory,” as well as the essay collection “Fatal Charms” and the memoir “The Way We Lived Then: Recollections of a Well-Known Name Dropper.” Vanity Fair said that his last book, “Too Much Money: A Novel,” is scheduled for publication in December.

Shia LaBeouf was out in NYC over the weekend, getting to know his Money Never Sleeps costar Carey Mulligan.

According to People magazine, 'Wall Street 2' co-stars Shia LaBeouf and Carey Mulligan may be having an on-set romance.

The duo grabbed lunch at Extra Virgin on Sunday, though some are saying their relationship is more than professional — they were apparently getting cozy throughout the meal.

According to reports, the sight of the two of them cuddling and kissing Sunday afternoon at Extra Virgin, a sidewalk cafe in the heart of Greenwich Village.

Shia's rep had no comment on the potential love connection.And if you're wondering where you may have seen Carey before, she was last seen in 'Public Enemies' with Johnny Depp and Christian Bale.

Brandi Granville, the estranged wife of Eddie Cibrian, has opened up about the couple’s pending divorce just days after her estranged husband was spotted flirting and golfing with alleged mistress LeAnn Rimes.

Rumors of the affair between Eddie Cibrian (CSI Miami) and country singer LeAnn Rimes surfaced in March while the pair was filming Lifetime TV movie Northern Lights. Somehow Cibrian convinced his wife that Rimes was nothing more than a stalker.

Cibrian's wife and model Brandi Glanville told in the June interview "LeAnn is a stalker. She refuses to leave us alone -- it is shameful and scary. People are going to say it takes two to tango and I get that, but at some point LeAnn needs to stop asking him to dance."

Cibrian's wife says she hopes to file for divorce soon, and says, "I don't understand. You think you know one thing and you wake up and it's all been a lie."

Photos of Rimes and Cibrian surfaced showing that the two are very much carrying on a relationship together. Rimes and husband Dean Sheremet were supposedly working on their marriage.

Saturday night Cibrian and Rimes went to a Kings of Leon concert together after spending a day on the golf course.

Eddie is joining the cast of "CSI: Miami" this fall, playing a cop who recently transferred to Miami from Hollywood, California to join Horatio Caine (David Caruso's) team. "CSI: Miami"'s eighth season premieres on September 21.

The world pointed and laughed as Heidi Montag Pratt made her transition from irrelevant reality star to irrelevant wannabe pop tart during NBC’s live broadcast of the 2009 Miss Universe Pageant at Atlantis on Paradise Island in the Bahamas on Sunday night.

Fans cheered on the blonde star of MTV’s “The Hills,” although NBC, which is broadcasting the event in the Bahamas live, blocked out more than half of her performance as they introduced the 15 finalists.

Montag got in a few hair-flinging head tosses, hip thrusts and even yanked off her jacket off to reveal a sparkly, nude-colored pants and bra combo that was Britney Spears-esque -- except more covered up. And what's with the ugly black stripe down the side of the pants?

Then the Miss Universe production interrupted the majority of her dance number with images of the 15 finalists doing a bikini photo shoot in the Bahamas, pushing "Body Language" into background music status.

Montag had said she was unaware of such criticism and said she was excited about performing live.

“I’m very excited for everybody to see this,” she said. “I think a lot of people are expecting something very different.”

In the midst of canceling the Canadian stops of his America's Most Wanted Tour yesterday, Lil Wayne delivered some less troublesome news when he finally confirmed that actress Lauren London will be the mother of his third child.Wayne appeared on Los Angeles' Power 106 to talk music, but after a probe from 106's disc jockey Fuzzy, Wayne let spill that the rumors swirling around were true.

"Lauren London, she fine. She very pregnant with your baby," host Fuzzy said, to which Wayne responded, "Very pregnant, yes." Fuzzy then offered a congratulation to the music star, and he accepted it. Though so, representatives for Wayne and London have not yet responded to inquiries about the matter.

"[Lauren] is very fine, sexy, [and] very pregnant, yes," Wayne said, without hesitation. "That's not rumors, that's a kid! That's a child, a life! You don't hide from that."

Although the status of his relationship with the ATL actress was never clear, the two have been seen out and about together. When London appeared at Diddy's 4th of July White Party sporting a baby bump, the rumor mill picked up considerable speed.

The baby that London is carrying will be her first child, while is the third for Wayne. He has a daughter, named Reginae Carter, with former wife Antonia "Toya" Johnson, and one son called Dwayne Carter III, whose mother remains unconfirmed.
