Sandra Bullock and husband Jesse James are fighting for custody of Jesse James’s daughter. Jesse James’s baby momma is a porn star that just got out of jail. She was in jail because she didn’t pay her taxes.

The porn star that Sandra Bullock and Jesse James are up against is Janine Lindemulder. Janine and Jesse have a 5 year old daughter, and Sandra took the little girl under her wing while her mom was in jail.

Bullock, 45, does not have children on her own, but has been raising James’ 5-year old daughter Sunny with the Reality TV star for the greater part of this year. James was given sole guardianship when Lindemulder, who starred in more than 100 porn movies, was serving a six-month jail sentence for tax evasion. She was recently released, but reportedly still owes $318,000 in back taxes.

The full text of Sandra’s letter to the courts indicates that she and Jesse James would love to have a child of their own, but choose not to because it is not in the daughter’s best interest. Furthermore, before Jesse’s daughter came to live with them, she had never been to a playground and had never been around children her own age.

In a statement to court, James said that his daughter may not be safe with his ex-wife. He asked the court that Lindemulder should be “restrained from allowing the child around pornographers, drug addicts, guns and firearms, felons and other unsafe environments. Good cause exists for the court to conduct a review to determine if [the girl] will be safe with [Lindemulder].”

Lindemulder and James were married in 2002. James left Lindemulder for Bullock when she was seven months pregnant in 2003.

On Wednesday's "The Tyra Banks Show," the supermodel reveals for the first time how she shed weight and got in shape.On the show, Banks reveals that she does not believe in dieting.

Tyra, who has recently proclaimed that she is the healthiest she has ever been, will spend the entire episode helping you get fit, feel happy and live healthy without being super skinny.

"I have been on diets in the past, and they are a bunch of bologna," Banks says.

"This is a lifestyle change. It's not about being skinny. It's about getting in the best shape that you can be."

Tyra is dedicating the entire hour of Wednesday's edition of her Emmy-winning show to providing step-by-step tips on her healthy new lifestyle after being inundated with queries as to how she did it.

Tyra, who calls her measurements her levels, also says she still has maintained her "34DD boobies and her round booty."

Nutritionist Heather Bauer will join Tyra as they cover it all -- from love 'em and leave 'em carbs to "fiber-licious" foods, even which fast-food choice is the best if you're on the go!

After a 24-hour delay, Brooklyn native Jay-Z and Harlem’s own Alicia Keys got to perform their hit hometown anthem, “Empire State of Mind,” before Game 2 of the World Series between the New York Yankees and the Philadelphia Phillies the Bronx on Thursday night.

Hov and A. Keys had been due to take the stage at last night’s World Series kickoff, but their performance was delayed due to inclimate weather.

"I made the Yankees hat more famous than a Yankee can," he rapped from a stage placed in the outfield.

Swizz Beatz and Bruce Willis were among the many famous New Yorkers in attendance who swayed to the rapper's lyrics.

"New Yoooorrrrk," Keys sang from behind her piano before joining Jay-Z out front.

After Thursday's (October 29) game, the series shifts to Philadelphia, where the champs will host games three, four and (if necessary) five at Citizens Bank Ballpark.

Steve Phillips, ESPN analyst, is on the news today after it was discovered he was having an affair with Brooke Hundley, a 22-year-old production assistant.

Brooke Hundley who completed her journalism from Ithaca only last year has shown how common is the exploitation of women in the media. Brooke Hundley and Steve Phillips met in St Louis in July 2009 doing ESPN baseball coverage.

“I met Brooke Hundley for the first time on July 13th in St Louis, MO. She is a production assistant for remote game productions for ESPN. For the first time I met her in St Louis over a three week span I had a total of three … encounters with her. Those were the only three times I spent any time alone with her.“

Affairs aren’t usually such a big deal in this day and age, but it’s what happened after Phillips broke off the relationship where things took a turn towards full blown bizarre.

Brooke Hundley is alleged to have taken the dumping badly, and subsequently sent Phillips’ wife Marni a letter describing their relationship — and a birthmark Phillips has on his crotch. A woman scorned perhaps, except that Hundley crashed her car into Phillips’ home after dropping off the letter.

Miss California Pageant Sues Carrie Prejean

Carrie Prejean has caused quite the stir this past year and now she is making headlines again.

The Miss California USA pageant may have paid for Carrie Prejean's boobs the first time around, but now they want their cash back. According to E! News, K2 Productions, the company that directs the pageant, sued Prejean to ask that she reimburse them the $5,200 she received for her breast augmentation.

The new docs say, "Had [Prejean] heeded the guidance of the Gospel of John, who admonished only those who are without sin to cast stones in judgment, she might have avoided this legal battle."

As for the cross complaint, Lewis and the production company claim Prejean is a hypocrite, championing family values after posing for a variety of "semi-nude photos...[which] surfaced via TMZ.com."

Prejean lost her crown on June 10 for breaking the contract. She then went on to sue pageant officials, claiming they made her a target after giving her answer of opposing gay marriage.

She claimed they were guilty of slander, libel, religious discrimination, public disclosure of private facts and infliction of emotional distress, but it's only recently become clear that said private facts refer to the boob job.

One of the most controversial moments of Week 6 of the NFL season came when Carolina Panther Dante Wesley hit Tampa Bay Buccaneers running back Clifton Smith as he tried to return on a punt.

The hit was so unprovoked and completely early and useless that the Tampa Bay bench emptied with many players going after Dante Wesley. That prompted the Carolina bench to empty and the refs were lucky to break up the melee before it became violent over the Dante Wesley hit which you’ll see on the video.

The hit from Dante Wesley resulted in a brawl that only for the interjection of match officials didn’t end up turning into a full blown melee.

Tampa fans chanted, “Throw him out! Throw him out!” Indeed, refs gave the crowd what they wanted and ejected Wesley from the game.Here is the video of the Dante Wesley hit on Clifton Smith.
